On September 23, Ningbo Samsung Electric Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ningbo Aux Smart Technology Co., Ltd., had won the bid for a U.S. data center energy storage oil-immersed transformer project. The total contract value is US$132 million, equivalent to approximately Yuan 885 million, accounting for 6.16% of the company's audited revenue for fiscal year 2025. The performance of the contract will have a positive impact on the company's operating results and represents an important breakthrough in the data center segment of the company's U.S. power distribution business.
