China Energy Investment Corporation has launched a tender for 15.14GW of wind and solar base projects, including 8GW of solar capacity and 4.25GW of supporting energy storage. The storage ratio of about 1:0.53 keeps configuration requirements high, and tender prices will be watched as a guide to next year's module and storage pricing.
