U.S. preliminarily finds OCTG from Austria, Taiwan and UAE were dumped

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) recently announced preliminary affirmative determinations in its anti-dumping (AD) investigations into imports of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Austria, Taiwan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), finding that the products had been sold in the U.S. market at less than fair value.

DOC established preliminary weighted-average dumping margins of 47.21% for Voestalpine Tubulars GmbH & Co. KG and other Austrian exporters, 51.19% for Shin Yang Steel, 54.74% for Tension Steel Industries and 52.43% for other Taiwanese exporters.
