GACC: China's copper imports diverge in September

China's imports of major copper-related commodities showed mixed trends in September, with those of copper concentrates losing steam while unwrought copper and copper semi-finished products rising sharply, according to the latest data released by the General Administration of Customs (GACC) on October 13.

China imported approximately 2.59 million tonnes of copper ores and concentrates in September, down 6.2% from 2.76 million tonnes in August.
