WEEKLY: China's EAF output retreats, losses widen

After rising for two weeks straight, run rates among Chinese electric-arc-furnace (EAF) steel producers declined again during the past week as more mills across the country stopped work to conduct maintenance, Mysteel's latest survey showed.
