WEEKLY: China's EAF output picks up again, losses ease

After retreating temporarily during the previous week, run rates among Chinese electric-arc-furnace (EAF) steel producers recovered during past week, as the mills responded to the improved market sentiment, Mysteel's latest survey showed.
