After slumping during February, the volume of ferrous scrap recycled from end-of life vehicles (ELVs) in China is expected to rebound in March as domestic automobile scrapping companies are gradually resuming operations after the Chinese New Year (CNY) holiday, Mysteel's latest survey suggests.
