While offers held steady, actual transactions nearly ground to a halt, with some producers reporting that no new orders were finalized throughout the day.Cobalt sulfate transactions were similarly light, as downstream buyers restricted purchases to essential needs only.Overall, the entire cobalt sector remains in a weak consolidation phase, characterized by notable bid-ask spreads that hinder any meaningful increase in concluded order volumes.
