At the same time, the market prices of cobalt chloride and cobalt sulfate remained unchanged at Yuan 80,000-82,000/tonne and 64,000/t-66,000/tonne respectively.Yesterday, the cobalt salt market as a whole continued to show weakness. The market price of cobalt sulfate continued to move lower, while cobalt chloride quotations temporarily stabilized but actual transactions remained limited. In the cobalt sulfate market, most concluded deals gravitated toward the lower end of the range, with transactions for high-priced material facing considerable resistance. Downstream precursor manufacturers saw weak order growth and only maintained small-scale, need-based restocking, causing smelters to continuously loosen their quotations and lengthen the signing cycle. In addition, the cobalt sulfate price edged down to Yuan 65,971/tonne.
