In addition, the market prices of cobalt chloride and cobalt sulfate both declined Yuan 1,000/tonne to Yuan 79,000-81,000/tonne and 63,000/t-65,000/tonne respectively.Yesterday, the cobalt salt market as a whole continued to show weakness. The overall quotations in the cobalt chloride market remained weak, showing a "price without market" pattern. Although smelters attempted to shore up prices and quotations were temporarily stable, downstream purchasing willingness was weak, and actual transactions were very limited. The market price of cobalt sulfate continued to shift downward. Downstream precursor plants saw sluggish order growth and only maintained small-scale, just-in-time restocking, prompting smelters to continuously loosen quotations to facilitate deals, while high-priced cargoes struggled to conclude transactions.
