The sentiment boost from the rebound in electrolytic cobalt early in the week mainly affected sellers' quotation stance and had not yet been effectively transmitted to actual downstream purchasing.After electrolytic cobalt strengthened, cobalt chloride holders' willingness to sell at low prices diminished, and producers' intention to hold quotations firm increased, but this round of adjustment basically remained at the quotation level. Downstream Co3O4 inventories can still cover more than two months of demand, and purchasing willingness is low. Downstream psychological prices are clearly below upstream quotations after producers held offers firm; the bid-ask spread has not narrowed but has further widened.
