FLASH: Japan to apply 95.2% AD on Chinese graphite electrodes

Japan has decided to impose a provisional anti-dumping duty of 95.2% on China-origin graphite electrodes, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) announced on Tuesday, saying, "the importation of the dumped products (had caused) material injury to the domestic industry." The provisional duties will apply from March 29, 2025, to July 28, 2025, it said.
