According to Zhongsen Carbon Investment's news on March 27th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the first phase of the 30 GWh high-performance sodium-ion battery material industrial park in Tiandong, Baise was held.
The total investment of the project is Yuan 10 billion, with a planned area of 1,800 acres. It is planned to build a new energy materials industry base integrating research and development, production, and sales in three phases.
The first phase of the project will invest Yuan 1 billion and is planned to develop and produce 50,000 tonnes of anode materials; The investment of Phase II will be Yuan 3 billion, planning to develop and produce 100,000 tonnes of cathode and anode materials; The investment of the third phase is Yuan 6 billion, planned for the research and production of 200,000 tonnes of cathode and anode materials. The first phase of the project is expected to be constructed and put into operation in 2025. After the project is fully operational, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of Yuan 30 billion.
