Whitehaven's Q4 FY25 raw coal production jumps 15% QoQ

Whitehaven Coal Limited, Australia's largest independent coal mining company, produced 10.6 million tonnes of run-of-mine (ROM) coal (on a 100% basis) during this year's April-June quarter, up by 15% from the January-March quarter, according to the company's latest quarterly production report. The Sydney-headquartered miner cited only "strong operational performance" for its higher overall ROM coal production during April-June.
