On August 15, Cornex New Energy and ShanShan Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Trina's global headquarters. Mr. Zhu Xiaoping, Vice President of Cornex New Energy, and Ms. Yang Haiying, President Assistant of ShanShan Technology, represented their respective companies at the signing ceremony.
Under the agreement, the two parties have established an anode material procurement partnership valued at over Yuan 10 billion. Leveraging 26 years of technical expertise and industry-leading R&D capabilities, ShanShan Technology will mobilize all resources to ensure premium product quality and stable supply, fully supporting Cornex New Energy's development.
Both parties will carry out in-depth cooperation and development in two core areas, high and low temperature performance of power batteries, high-rate fast charging, high-safety anode materials, and high-capacity and long-cycle anode materials for energy storage batteries, to achieve complementary advantages and jointly promote technological breakthroughs and industrial upgrading.
Cornex New Energy stated that this strategic cooperation represents another critical step in strengthening its resilient supply chain network.
