South Korea ponders deal offered by China's plate shippers

South Korea's fair trade adjudicator, the Korea Trade Commission (KTC) is recommending that the Ministry of Economy and Finance accept a proposal made by several Chinese exporters of heavy plates hit with Korean anti-dumping penalties that the duties be waived in return for minimum price and maximum tonnage commitments, Mysteel Global has learned.
