On September 23, Jiuwu High-Tech announced that it has signed a procurement contract with SDIC Xinjiang Lithium Industry Co., Ltd. for the Membrane Processing System Procurement segment of the Comprehensive Utilization and Capacity Expansion Project for Lithium Extraction from Old Brine in the Lop Nur Salt Lake. The total contract value is Yuan 81.5 million (including 13% VAT), with an exclusive-of-tax amount of Yuan 72.1239 million. The signing of this contract is expected to positively impact the company's future performance, and its execution will not affect the company's operational independence.
