China's ternary cathode material imports stood at 8,906 tonnes in September, moving up 17.6% or 1,330 tonnes compared to the previous month, and rising 87.8% or 4,163 tonnes compared to last year, according to data from the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China.
The NCM and NCA imports amounted to 6,871 tonnes and 2,034 tonnes respectively.
The cumulative imports of ternary cathode materials from January to September stood at 53,477 tonnes, with a decline of 5.3% compared to the same period last year.
