According to data from General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, China's exports of ternary cathode materials totaled 10,757 tonnes in February 2026. This represents a month-on-month decrease of 1,814 tonnes, or 14.4%, and a significant year-on-year increase of 4,638 tons, or 75.8%.
Among them, exports of Lithium Nickel Cobalt Manganese Oxide (NCM type) stood at 10,555 tonnes, and that of Lithium Nickel Cobalt Aluminum Oxide (NCA type) reached 202 tonnes.
For the January-February 2026 period, China's cumulative exports of cathode materials totaled 23,328 tonnes, marking a year-on-year increase of 88.1%.
