South Africa's coal exports rise 8% on year in Sept

South Africa exported 6.19 million tonnes of coal in September, higher by 7.9% on year and 18.7% on month, the latest data from the South African Revenue Service (SARS) showed. The figure has increased for four months in a row since June, when the volume shipped abroad reached 4.47 million tonnes.
