A major research project undertaken by Jinchuan Group's R&D Center--Development and Application of Auxiliary Operation Robot Equipment for Jinchuan Mining, featuring an Online Safety Detection System for Hoist Wire Ropes--has successfully passed acceptance review.
The system focuses on real-time safety monitoring of key hoist components including head ropes, guide ropes, and tail ropes. By integrating data from three types of heterogeneous sensors--visual, magnetic, and point laser--and combining advanced technologies such as edge computing, deep learning, and feature matching, the system achieves millisecond-level monitoring and accurate early warning of wire rope conditions. This multi-sensor, intelligent solution establishes an end-to-end framework covering data collection, intelligent analysis, real-time alerts, and visual management, reinforcing mine safety through innovation and technical integration.
