CVWorld: China's heavy truck sales soar by 46% YoY in November

Sales of heavy-duty trucks in China from makers direct to dealers and for export continued to roar ahead in November to total around 100,000 units, marking the eighth straight monthly on-year increase, according to a preliminary estimate released by the Beijing-headquartered Commercial Vehicle World (CVWorld), a well-recognized market intelligence provider on China's truck manufacturing sector.

If the estimate proves accurate, last month's sales would be higher by a large 46% from the 68,500 units sold in November 2024. However, this would be 6% lower than October's result, a peak month for car promotion and sales. The November figure would lift total heavy truck sales over January-November above the 1-million-units
