Indonesia's stainless exports rise in March, those to Taiwan surge 60% MoM

Indonesian stainless steel exports enjoyed a notable rebound in March, driven primarily by a sharp increase in shipments to Taiwan and strong demand from the Chinese mainland, according to the latest data from Indonesia Customs.

Total stainless exports by Indonesia worldwide reached some 375,500 tonnes in March, marking a month-on-month increase of 27,300 tonnes or 7.8%, the data show.
