CMOC's H1 moly output down 3% on year

During the first half of this year molybdenum output at Shanghai- and Hongkong-listed CMOC Group Limited (CMOC), based in Luoyang City in Central China's Henan province, totaled 6,779 tonnes (100% moly contained), slipping by 210 tonnes or 3% from the same period last year, according to the company's latest semi-annual report.

The result was in line with CMOC's guidance of 11,500-14,500 tonnes for full-year 2026, set out in its 2025 annual report, even though the production for H1 declined on year, the report showed.
