WEEKLY: Aust., Brazilian iron ore shipments rebound 2.5% WoW

The total volume of iron ore dispatched to global destinations from the 20 ports and 17 mining companies in Australia and Brazil under Mysteel's regular tracking reversed from the prior week's drop and rose to 26.6 million tonnes during November 24-30, higher by 657,000 tonnes or 2.5% on week.

The survey showed that a large increase in deliveries from Brazil last week contributed to the rise in total shipments. During the latest survey period, Brazilian iron ore sent worldwide from the country's nine ports jumped by 1.4 million tonnes or 17.2% on week to reach 9.3 million tonnes,
