WEEKLY: China's EAF production rebounds as profits improve

After the previous four-week decline, output among China's electric-arc-furnace (EAF) steelmakers rebounded during the past week as positive profit margins on their steel sales led the mini-mills to lift production, Mysteel's latest survey showed.
