Russia company Seligdar starts construction of gold recovery plant in Far East

The Russian company Seligdar which is mainly engaged in the exploration of gold has started construction of a gold extraction plant and other key facilities at the Khvoynoye deposit in Yakutia in far northeastern Russia, the rating agency Rusmet reported.
