On July 16, Tinci Materials announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiujiang Tinci, has signed a production material procurement cooperation agreement with Cornex New Energy. The agreement stipulates that Jiujiang Tinci will supply no less than 550,000 metric tonnes of electrolyte-related products to Cornex New Energy by the end of 2030.
The specific cooperation projects and product specifications will be detailed in separate memoranda or supplementary agreements to be signed by both parties. As this is a framework agreement, the actual procurement volume will depend on the execution of the agreement, which is subject to uncertainty.
The fulfillment of this agreement is expected to have a positive impact on the company's operating performance from 2025 to 2030, though the exact financial implications and timing will be determined based on the actual implementation of the agreement.
