EU extends AD duties on cast iron products from China, Thailand

The European Union (EU) will continue to levy anti-dumping (AD) duties on imports of threaded tube or pipe cast fittings from China and Thailand, according to an announcement in the Official Journal of the European Union on September 18.

The targeted products fall under TARIC codes 7307 19 10 10 and 7307 19 10 20. The rate of AD penalties imposed on those products – malleable cast iron and spheroidal graphite cast iron – from China range from 24.6% to 57.8%, while same products originating from Thailand will
