Recently, Jinchuan Group's research center successfully completed the hot commissioning of its 300kg vacuum atomization powder production equipment in a single trial run. This milestone marks the official launch of the advanced nickel-cobalt-copper metals and new materials pilot platform, injecting new momentum into the research, development, and industrialization of highend alloy materials.
The nickelcobaltcopper metals and new materials pilot platform is supported by the National Key Laboratory for the Development and Comprehensive Utilization of Nickel Cobalt Associated Resources. It focuses on the R&D and industrial application of products such as highpurity nickelcobalt base materials, highperformance nickelcobaltironbased superalloys, medical alloys, copper alloys, and alloy powders.
As the first largescale core equipment put into operation within the pilot platform, the 300kg vacuum atomization powder production equipment is designed to meet the demands of additive manufacturing, thermal barrier coatings, and related fields, providing precise support for the development and preparation of highend alloy powders. After thorough preparation and systematic debugging, the hot commissioning was successfully completed with stable operation across all stages. Key technical indicators have met the design specifications, and the first batch of GH4169 alloy powder has been successfully produced.
