Vietnam's coal imports surge 24% YoY in January

Vietnam's imports of coal for all uses reached 6.21 million tonnes in January, jumping 23.8% on year and 27.2% on month, according to the latest data from Vietnam Customs. The data doesn't differentiate between metallurgical and thermal coal, Mysteel Global notes.
