Recently, Shenzhen BTR Ruiyuan Green Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Li Tao serving as its legal representative. Its business scope includes solar power generation technical services, sales of new energy original equipment, sales of intelligent power transmission and distribution and control equipment, and sales of environmental protection specialized equipment, among others. According to equity penetration data, the company is jointly held by Shenzhen BTR Green Energy Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of BTR) and Shenzhen Dingyuan New Material Technology Co., Ltd.
