China's imports of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) amounted to 203.126 tonnes, an increase of 183.605 tonnes from the previous month, representing a month-on-month surge of 940.55%, according to data from the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC). The total import value for the month was US 1,312,124, with an average import price of US 6,459.66/tonne.
For H1 2026, China's cumulative LFP imports reached 296.2 tonnes, an increase of 231.425 tonnes compared to the same period in 2025, marking a year-on-year growth of 357.27%.
