Renshine Solar chairman Tan Hairen told an industry standards conference that the company plans to move perovskite modules from a 150 MW pilot line to larger-scale production. The pilot line is operating with yields above 98%, while commercial-size single-junction module efficiency has reached 22%, according to the disclosed company figures. A company cost assessment put unit cost at about Yuan 1.25/Wp at 100 MW scale, with around Yuan 0.65/Wp possible at GW scale; delivery and VAT terms were not disclosed. Standards for outdoor durability, BIPV and space applications remain incomplete. Closing these gaps would support Chinese perovskite exports and international certification.
