As of February 5, 2025, 12 car companies have released sales data for electric vehicles in January. Among them, BYD, Xpeng, and Li Auto ranked among the top three, with sales of 300,538 units, 30,350 units, and 29,927 units, respectively.
From a year-on-year perspective, over 50% of car companies saw a positive increase in EV sales in January, with Xpeng experiencing the largest increase in sales, reaching 267.88%; Leapmotor ranked second with a year-on-year growth of 105.02%; BYD ranks third with a growth rate of 49.16% YoY.
